We are looking for a smart, confident, presentable, and highly convincing CSR Project Assistant who can independently handle Business Development, CSR Fund Raising, and Skill Development Project activities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying current CSR and business opportunities, approaching corporate clients and decision-makers, generating projects, negotiating with clients, maintaining professional relationships, and supporting/managing the execution of Skill Development and CSR Projects.

This is a 90% Field Work and 10% Office Work position. The candidate must be comfortable with extensive travelling, client meetings, government department coordination, Training Centre visits, project monitoring, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new CSR Fund Raising and Business Development opportunities.
• Approach corporate companies, CSR Heads, HR Heads, decision-makers, government officials, institutions, and potential project partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CSR clients and corporate stakeholders.




• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project discussions.
• Prepare and present proposals for CSR, Skill Development, Education, and Government Projects.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert business opportunities into projects.
• Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, project requirements, and client coordination.
• Assist in acquiring CSR-funded and Skill Development projects for the Company.
• Manage and coordinate Skill Development Projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with Training Centres, Project Teams, Government Departments, Trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, targets, documentation, reporting, and deliverables.
• Support project implementation and ensure that project requirements are completed within timelines.
