Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding gynaecological treatments and procedures
- Explain treatment options and procedures in a clear and empathetic manner
- Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate guidance
- Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective patients
- Coordinate with doctors and the concerned department
- Maintain patient records and follow-up details
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with patients
