Role Description
The part-time remote Health Coach will support individuals in achieving sustainable lifestyle changes across nutrition, activity, stress management, and overall wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual coaching sessions, assessing client needs, setting realistic goals,



and creating personalized health plans aligned with MantraCare’s AI-driven care pathways. The Health Coach will monitor progress, provide ongoing motivation and accountability, and adapt plans based on client feedback and clinical guidance. The role also involves documenting sessions accurately, collaborating with multidisciplinary experts as needed, and using digital tools to track outcomes and engagement. This position is ideal for a health professional who is comfortable working independently in a remote, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in Health & Wellness and Wellness Coaching, with the ability to design practical, client-centered programs.
- Skills in Nutrition and Weight Management to guide evidence-based dietary and lifestyle changes.
- Coaching experience, including motivational interviewing, goal setting, and behavior-change support.
