Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent from universities and technical institutes.
- Manage and oversee NAPS programs to build a skilled apprentice and trainee pipeline.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team and HR professionals.
- Provide regular guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the recruitment team.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports, analysing hiring metrics and progress.
- Build solid relationships with educational institutions and industry partners.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labour laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and talent market.
- Experience with campus hiring and campus engagement programs.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
