We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our production unit. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, and follow safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently
- Set up machines before starting a production cycle
- Adjust machine settings to ensure product quality
- Perform regular inspection of machines and equipment
- Identify and report any machine faults or defects
- Maintain production records and reports
- Ensure minimum wastage and maximum productivity
- Follow safety rules and company policies strictly
- Clean and maintain machines regularly
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs





Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of machine operations
- Ability to handle tools and equipment
- Valuable problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in shifts
- Basic understanding of safety standards

Educational Qualification:
- 10th / 12th Pass or ITI (preferred)
- Technical training in machine operation is an advantage

Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production unit (Freshers can also apply if trained)

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
