Key Responsibilities: -
- Draft comprehensive Title Opinions / Legal Verification Reports using the Maatrum technology platform.
- Conduct detailed verification and analysis of land and real estate property documents.
- Review property title, ownership, encumbrances, legal documents, and other relevant records.
- Work closely with clients to understand their credit policy and legal requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Address client queries and provide appropriate legal clarifications and solutions.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Technology teams to improve Turnaround Time (TAT), streamline workflows, and enhance platform functionality.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of legal reports in line with client policies and Maatrum's internal quality standards.
- Identify potential legal/title issues and provide practical and proactive solutions.
- Support the in-house legal team in resolving complex property-related issues and queries.
- Ensure reports are completed within defined TAT and quality parameters.
- Stay updated on applicable property laws,



land records, registration processes, and state-specific regulations.

Candidate Requirements: -
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- LLM from a reputed public university will be preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Land and Real Estate Property matters.
- Strong experience in Title Verification / Property Due Diligence / Legal Opinion.
- Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Real Estate Developers, Law Firms, or Property Legal Services are preferred.
- Solid knowledge of land and property laws, title verification, encumbrance, registration, and property documentation.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory Read, Write and Speak.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within defined TAT.
