Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete government contracting cycle from tender identification and evaluation to tender submission and award.
- Handle work order, contract documentation and coordination with government departments.
- Oversee project execution, site progress, quality, resources and coordination with site engineers.
- Manage measurements, RA bills, final billing and payment follow-up.
- Lead tender estimation, BOQ study, rate analysis and commercial evaluation.
- Build and manage a team for tendering, execution and billing.
- Monitor project costs, profitability, cash flow and timely completion.
- Coordinate with PCMC, PMC, PWD, PMRDA and other government authorities as required.
- Develop systems and processes to scale the company's government contracting business.
