1. Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
2. Develop and execute territory growth plans to expand market share and distribution reach.
3. Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and sales forecasting to avoid stock-outs.
4. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
5. Build and strengthen distributor relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

1.



Graduate in any discipline.
2. 3-10 years of sales experience in the FMCG, Beverage, or Food industry.
3. Strong experience in General Trade, distributor management, and territory sales.
4. Proven ability to drive business growth and market expansion.
5. Experience in leading and developing field sales teams.
