Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor at Chandigarh University, located in Chandigarh. The Admission Counselor will assist prospective students through the admissions process, provide information about academic programs, and offer guidance on course selections. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting information sessions, maintaining records of potential applicants,



and promoting the university to prospective students and their families. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment objectives and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- Robust interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service and a student-focused approach to problem-solving

- Familiarity with the educational sector or academic institutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
