About Asian Swimming Academy

Asian Swimming Academy (ASA) is a professional swimming academy dedicated to teaching swimming and promoting water safety, fitness and aquatic skills. We are looking for a polite, responsible and customer-friendly Receptionist to join our team at our Nandurbar branch.

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, members and visitors at the academy. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a professional, welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and welcome students, parents and visitors.
- Handle enquiries regarding swimming classes, memberships, batches and academy programs.
- Attend and manage incoming phone calls and provide accurate information.
- Maintain student registrations,



membership records and other academy data.
- Assist with admissions, registrations and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with coaches and academy staff regarding batches and daily operations.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and reception-related tasks.
- Maintain proper records and ensure information is updated regularly.
- Assist in the smooth functioning of academy operations.
- Provide a friendly and qualified experience to students and parents.
- Handle basic cash/payment-related coordination and maintain necessary records, if assigned.
- Ensure the reception area and related records are maintained properly.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office, Internet and Email.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and English.
- Polite, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
