Job Description – HR Executive (HR Generalist)

Position: HR Executive – Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive – Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, payroll support, documentation, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, valuable knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant hiring platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining formalities.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, induction, documentation,



and employee records.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR databases.
- Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Prepare experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, deductions, incentives, and salary revisions.
- Prepare and distribute salary slips.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for timely salary processing.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements, where applicable.

4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees follow company rules, policies, and attendance guidelines.
- Maintain HR documentation and support statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and disciplinary mat
