Job Title: Data Executive
Department: Data / MIS / Operations

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma with good computer knowledge
Experience: Freshers can apply | 1–3 years preferred
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily data in company systems and Excel files.
- Enter, verify and maintain accurate employee, sales, inventory and operational data.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Collect data from different departments and consolidate it into a standard reporting format.
- Identify data errors, missing information and discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned department for correction.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support the team in report preparation, data analysis and MIS-related activities.
- Complete assigned reports and data updates within the required timelines.
Required Skills
- Good System Knowledge and ability to work with company software / web-based systems.
- Good MS Office Knowledge,
especially:
- MS Excel – formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables and report preparation.
- MS Word – document preparation and formatting.
- MS PowerPoint – basic presentation preparation.
- Good typing and data-entry skills with accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MIS / Reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
