What Youll Do
- Make outbound & inbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
- Counsel students & parents and recommend the right career/course.
- Conduct college visits, seminars & presentations for students.
- Deliver engaging college presentations, workshops & career sessions.
- Own the complete admission journey: Lead Calling Counselling Conversion.
- Handle WhatsApp, walk-ins, follow-ups, objections & negotiations.
- Maintain lead data, follow-up status and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents and college teams.

We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales / Counselling / EdTech.
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
- Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills.
- Solid calling, counselling and closing skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic & self-motivated.
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel & WhatsApp.
