*Job Summary*

*We are looking for a Senior Backend Executive to handle the complete quotation process and provide backend support to the Sales Team.*

*Key Responsibilities*

*- Prepare and send quotations to customers based on sales requirements.*

*- Coordinate with the Sales Team for product details, pricing and customer requirements.*

*- Prepare quotations for DG Sets, Spare Parts, AMC, Service and other company products/services.*

*- Collect and verify pricing, discounts, taxes, freight and other commercial details.*

*- Maintain quotation records and track quotation status.*

*- Follow up with customers for quotation confirmation and order closure.*

*- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Spare Parts and Accounts teams whenever required.*

*- Revise quotations based on customer requirements and management approvals.*





*- Maintain proper documentation of all quotations and orders.*

*- Prepare daily/weekly quotation status and pending quotation reports.*

*- Handle customer email communication professionally.*

*- Guide junior quotation/backend staff and ensure timely completion of quotations.*

*Required Skills*

*- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.*

*- Solid knowledge of quotation preparation and commercial calculations.*

*- Good communication and follow-up skills.*

*- Good attention to detail and accuracy.*

*- Ability to work independently and handle multiple quotations.*

*- Previous experience in industrial equipment, DG Sets, automobile, machinery or service industry is preferred.*

*Qualification*

*Any Degree / Diploma.*

*Experience: 2–5 years in quotation/backend sales support.*
