Working Hours: US Shift (Approx. 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, flexible based on business needs)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations aligned with US business hours. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to work in a flexible shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and US clients (if required)
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Should have knowledge or experience in Odoo Software
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Good understanding of US accounting processes (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings
- Language-English, Hindi (Must)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
