Guest Service Associate – Fresher / Junior

Thrivesome Cafe Co is a cozy neighbourhood cafe (25-30 seater) serving speciality coffee, art, and books along with continental comfort food. We are located in Nallagandla, Hyderabad and candidates applying for this role must be willing to relocate or travel to this location.

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Compensation Range: 15,000-18,000 per month. Food provided, accomodation if required.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests warmly.
- Take orders and operate POS/billing.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Explicit and reset tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables/ guest areas.
- Explain menu items/ assist guests with basic queries.
- Coordinate with front of house,



kitchen and barista teams.
- Handle guest feedback politely.
- Support opening, closing and café events.
- Follow hygiene, grooming and service SOPs.

Requirements:
- Friendly, energetic and customer-focused.
- Fluency in English is a must, Hindi and Telugu a plus.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, longer weekend shifts and holidays.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
