job Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving washing machine products and components to meet performance, quality, cost, and reliability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve washing machine designs and features.

Perform product testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Work on mechanical/electrical components, assemblies, and system integration.

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and test reports.

Analyze product failures and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and suppliers.

Support current product development from concept to mass production.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Experience in home appliances/washing machines preferred.

Knowledge of CAD, product testing, and engineering problem-solving.

Understanding of motors, pumps, sensors, control systems, and appliance components.

Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
