We are now expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counsellor who can independently handle qualified student prospects and convert them into successful admissions.

About the Role

The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for handling qualified student prospects, understanding their educational and career requirements, recommending suitable programs, handling objections, conducting follow-ups and converting prospects into admissions.

This is a sales and closing role.

We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to convert education leads into admissions, rather than someone whose experience is limited to making calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and prospects generated by the Lead Generation team.




- Contact students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand the student's:
- Academic background
- Career goals
- Work experience
- Course requirement
- Budget
- Admission timeline
- Recommend suitable Online / Distance education programs based on the student's requirements.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, university details, admission process and career relevance.
- Compare suitable university/program options and help students make informed decisions.
- Handle objections related to:
- Fees
- University reputation
- Course validity
- Online vs Distance learning
- Recognition
- Placement
- Course duration
- Family/student decision-making
- Conduct structured and timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up information in CRM/Excel.
