We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Qualified (EOT Analysis & DAB Proceedings) with 15+ years of experience to join our team in Delhi for the prestigious Rail Infra project.. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project planning, contract management, and delay analysis.

✅ Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

✅ Key Skills:

15-18 years of experience in:
- Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using Primavera (P6).
- Delay Analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
- Contract Administration and Cost Control.
- Hands-on involvement in dispute resolution processes, including DAB proceedings.

?️ Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and review of EOT analysis, including:





Impacted As-Planned, Window Analysis, and As-Built vs As-Planned methodologies.

1- Assessment of delay events, critical path impacts, float/concurrency assessment and entitlement evaluations.

2- Analyze and comment on contractors’ delay and claim submissions.

3- Review Statements of Claim (SoC) and Statements of Defence (SoD).

4- Prepare and present DAB submissions and presentations on behalf of the client.

5- Support the client in contractual negotiations and dispute avoidance strategies.

6- Coordinate with legal, technical, and commercial teams to ensure robust claims defence.
