Role & responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes within the assigned service area.
- Attend scheduled patient visits during assigned shifts and ensure timely arrival.
- Monitor vital signs including BP, blood sugar, temperature, pulse and SpO.
- Provide nursing procedures such as injections, IV-related care, wound dressing, catheter care, tube care and nebulisation, as applicable to qualifications and clinical scope.
- Provide elderly care, mobility assistance and basic personal care support where required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and visit/service documentation.
- Communicate professionally with patients, family members and the care team.
- Follow prescribed care plans, company protocols and applicable clinical guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient safety and professional conduct.
- Remain available and responsive to assigned cases throughout the scheduled shift.




- Travel to assigned patient locations within Whitefield and nearby areas.

Preferred candidate profile
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualified candidates.
- Candidates with valid nursing registration as applicable to the role.
- Freshers and experienced nurses may apply.
- Candidates with experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, elderly care or patient care will be preferred.
- Nurses comfortable with home visits and travelling within Whitefield and nearby areas.
- Candidates with positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused and professionally well-presented.
- Punctual, reliable and comfortable working independently.
- Candidates who own a smartphone with an active internet connection.
- Candidates who can commit to assigned shifts and maintain good availability.
