Job Description
Marketplace Management:
- Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Manage product listings, catalogs, pricing, and marketplace content.
- Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and listings remain accurate and updated.
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Advertising & Campaign Management
- Run and manage marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads to support product sales and online visibility.
- Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Focus on achieving monthly revenue and ROAS targets.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase monthly marketplace revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong sales-oriented approach toward achieving business targets.
- Analyze customer and marketplace trends to improve sales performance.

Data & Reporting
- Use MS Excel to maintain sales, advertising, and marketplace data.
- Track revenue, ROAS, product performance,



and campaign results.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations for improving marketplace performance.

Required Skills
E-commerce Skills:
- Practical knowledge of marketplace operations.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Understanding of e-commerce sales and marketplace performance.

Advertising Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads.
- Ability to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of ROAS and advertising performance metrics.

Technical & Analytical Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to interpret sales and advertising data.

Sales Skills
- Strong sales mindset.
