Job Description – Site Supervisor
Company: SR Global Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.
Location: RRCAT, Indore
Designation: Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor Gardeners and Garden Cleaners.
Ensure proper garden cleaning and maintenance.
Coordinate between the company and client for daily site operations.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Monitor staff discipline, punctuality, and performance.
Manage manpower deployment and arrange replacements when required.
Report site issues, absenteeism, and manpower requirements to management.
Ensure compliance with client instructions and site rules.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in site supervision/facility management.
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
