About the Role

Kemar Automation is looking for a
Business Analyst
with a strong combination of
business understanding, technical capabilities and customer-facing skills
. The candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams from
requirement gathering and POC through project implementation and Go-Live
.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer processes, challenges and business requirements.
Prepare
BRD/FRD, process flows and functional specifications
.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
Drive
POCs, demonstrations, UAT and project implementation
.
Coordinate with
Sales, Presales, Development and Project teams
.




Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Support solutions involving
RFID, IoT, AI/Vision, Automation, WMS/YMS/TMS and ERP/SAP integrations
.

Candidate Profile
3–6 years
of relevant BA / Functional experience.
Solid
business orientation with good technical understanding
.
Excellent customer interaction, communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on, solution-oriented and capable of taking ownership.
Comfortable with
travel, customer sites and challenging industrial/project settings
.

Preferred:
Experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or Enterprise Software Solutions.
