We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with 2–3 years of experience in handling government and institutional tenders. The candidate must have hands-on experience with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal, tender participation, bidding processes, and government-sector business.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete tendering process from tender identification to submission and order execution.

· Search, evaluate, and track relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other government e-tendering portals.

· Prepare and submit online bids, quotations, technical documents, commercial offers, and tender-related documentation.

· Actively participate in GeM bidding, reverse auctions, and government tenders.

· Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Technical, Finance, and Management teams for timely tender submission.

· Review tender terms, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, EMD, security deposit, and other requirements.

· Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, bidding status, results, and follow-ups.

· Monitor tender corrigendums,



amendments, deadlines, and pre-bid requirements.

· Coordinate with government departments and clients regarding tender-related queries and documentation.

· Track tender results, purchase orders, and post-tender activities.

· Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within the stipulated deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline; technical/engineering background will be an added advantage.

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in Tender Management / Tender Executive / Government Tendering.

· Mandatory hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.

· Robust experience in online bidding and participation in government-sector tenders.

· Good knowledge of government e-tendering portals and tender documentation.

· Valuable understanding of technical and commercial bid preparation.

· Robust documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
