Role Description
This full-time, in office Regional Sales Manager role is based in Kolkata and is responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and guide the regional sales team,



set and monitor sales targets, and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies for the company’s Pharma, OTC, and FMCG products. Day-to-day activities include territory planning, field visits, coaching and performance reviews of team members, and building strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and channel partners. The role involves analyzing regional sales data, tracking competitor activity, and preparing regular performance reports to inform strategic decisions. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, timely launches, and alignment with organizational goals.
