Assess customers' needs and provide expert advice on eyewear, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
Assist customers in selecting frames that suit their face shape, style preferences, and prescription requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products, including lenses, coatings, and frames.
Educate customers on the advantages of different lens options (e.g., single vision, bifocals, progressives).
Explain the features and benefits of various eyewear brands and products.
Provide accurate price quotes and handle sales transactions.
Process orders, ensuring all customer details and measurements are accurately recorded.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with the fitting of their glasses, ensuring they are comfortable and properly adjusted.
Make minor adjustments and repairs to frames as needed.




Offer advice on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Provide aftercare services, including adjustments, repairs, and replacements.
Maintain customer records and follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Work closely with optometrists to understand prescriptions and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Collaborate with other optical staff to ensure a smooth and productive service experience.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and techniques.
