Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI/ML initiatives and drive innovation through data-driven and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, GenAI, causal inference, Bayesian modeling, and agentic AI systems, along with proven leadership experience in managing high-performing technical teams. As the Director of AI/ML, you will guide the end-to-end AI strategy, from research and experimentation to deployment and scaling of production-grade models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Product, and Data to build intelligent,



consumer-focused solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a quick-paced workplace and is passionate about advancing AI capabilities across the organization.
Must Have Skills

* AI/ML/Data Science.

* Generative AI.

* LLMs, prompt engineering, neural network architectures.

* Python, PyTorch, FastAI, and related ML frameworks.

* Agentic AI systems, multi-component prompting (MCPs).

* Bayesian modeling and reinforcement learning.

* AWS, GCP, Azure.

* Tools – Git, CodeRabbit, Cursor.

* 8+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI product development.

* Deep expertise in LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and neural network architectures.

* Robust understanding of agentic AI systems, multi-component prompting (MCPs), and autonomous workflow orchestration.
