About the Role

We are looking for a agile, result-oriented and qualified Area Placement Executive (APE) to join our Industry Collaboration team. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with employers, coordinating industry engagement activities, and supporting placement-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to build strong professional relationships with companies and employers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies, employers and industry professionals.
Identify and engage with potential employers for placement and industry collaboration opportunities.
Conduct regular employer visits and follow up on business/placement opportunities.




Coordinate with employers regarding hiring requirements, interviews, job openings and candidate profiles.
Maintain regular communication and qualified relationships with existing and prospective employer partners.
Support placement drives, recruitment activities and employer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
Maintain records and reports of employer interactions, visits, follow-ups and placement activities.
Achieve assigned employer engagement and collaboration targets.
Represent the organization professionally during company visits, meetings and other industry interactions.

Eligibility
BBA – HR: 0–1 year of experience; freshers may apply.
Any Graduate: Candidates with relevant experience in employer engagement, recruitment, placement, business development, coordination or related areas.
