\POSITION: PURCHASE EXECUTIVE\

\EXPERIENCE:\ 1–3 Years

\QUALIFICATION:\ Graduate / Diploma / ITI

Salary : 15k to 30 k depending upon experience

\JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\

* Purchase of raw materials, components, and consumable items.

* Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers.

* Coordinate with suppliers for material availability and timely delivery.

* Compare quotations and negotiate prices with vendors.

* Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and documents.

* Coordinate with Store, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.

* Ensure proper documentation and timely material procurement.

* Monitor pending Purchase Orders and material deliveries.

Knowledge of \Tally\* is preferred.

\REQUIRED SKILLS:\

* Basic knowledge of Purchase & Vendor Management.

* Positive communication and negotiation skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

* Tally knowledge is preferred.

* Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work in a manufacturing workplace.
