Candidate must be minimum 2 years experienced in manufacturing industry in Bangalore, and have -

a) minimum graduate;

b) knowledge of Government of Karnata labour laws and regulations;

d) knowledge of recruitment techniques, employee retention, documentation and interview process;

e) knowledge of Industrial Disputes and Standing Orders;

f) exposure to ISO document standards;

g) self motivated and capable to work on HR rules, SOPs, and policies;

h) used to factory and shop floor workplace and comfortable per standard manufacturing industry timings and practices;

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
