Position: Maintenance Executive
Department: Maintenance
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day maintenance activities of the restaurant/property.
Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other facilities.
Attend to breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
Monitor and maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently.
Identify potential issues and take corrective action to avoid major breakdowns.
Monitor maintenance-related inventory, tools, and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, electrical, and other applicable standards.
Support emergency repairs and ensure minimum disruption to operations.
Coordinate with Operations, F&B;, Housekeeping, and other departments for maintenance requirements.
Follow up on pending maintenance jobs and ensure timely closure.




Assist the Maintenance Manager/Engineering Manager with daily reports and maintenance planning.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Maintenance/Engineering, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or commercial properties.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns when required.
