Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
General Manager – Projects
to lead and manage project execution, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, cost control, and effective coordination across all project functions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end construction and project execution activities.
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved
time, cost, quality, and safety parameters
.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Management.
Review project progress and provide regular MIS/progress reports to senior management.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications,



and standards.
Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors and ensure timely execution of work.
Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Billing, MEP, QS, and other project teams.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Handle escalations and resolve project-related issues effectively.
Drive productivity and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
; B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
15–20 years of overall experience
in project execution and construction.
Builder/Real Estate Developer company experience is mandatory.
Robust experience in managing large-scale real estate/c
