Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Property Accounting skilled with 15+ years of solid accounting experience and proven expertise in property accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and accounting processes related to property/real-estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end property accounting activities for multiple properties/projects.
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Handle property-level income, expenses, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.




Ensure accurate accounting of rental income, operating expenses, maintenance costs, capital expenditures, and other property-related transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, property managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Review financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning for properties.
Assist with internal and external audits and provide required schedules and supporting documentation.
Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and ensure timely closure of books.
Lead and mentor accounting team members where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
15+ years of solid accounting experience.
