Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs, workforce requirements, and job specifications.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and suitable candidates.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media platforms, qualified networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and overall suitability.
Coordinate and manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling, selection, and offer rollout.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and regularly update candidate databases.
Coordinate with selected candidates throughout the pre-joining and onboarding process.




Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for newly hired employees.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.
Contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networking platforms.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
