We are a rapid-moving, early-stage startup building high-impact mobile solutions. We are looking for an adaptable, end-to-end mobile developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to own our mobile product roadmap, architect our Flutter codebase, and manage iOS distribution.

What You’ll Do
Core Mobile Development:
Architect, build, and maintain our cross-platform mobile app using Flutter (Dart) with a primary focus on iOS optimization.
Native iOS Integration:
Bridge native Swift/Objective-C code with Flutter via MethodChannels when custom native features are required.
App Store Pipeline:
Manage the end-to-end iOS release process, including Xcode configurations, provisioning profiles, TestFlight builds, and App Store submission/compliance.
State Management & Architecture:
Implement scalable architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM) using up-to-date state management tools like Riverpod or Bloc.
Performance Optimization:
Debug performance bottlenecks, reduce build sizes, and ensure high-frame-rate, native-like UI experiences on iOS devices.




Collaborate & Iterate:
Work directly with founders and product managers to translate feature concepts into production-ready code quickly.

Key Requirements
Experience:
2 to 5 years of skilled mobile development experience, with at least 1.5+ years actively deploying commercial Flutter apps.
iOS Ecosystem Mastery:
Strong familiarity with Xcode, Apple Developer Account management, App Store Connect, TestFlight, and iOS design principles.
Flutter & Dart Expertise:
Deep understanding of Flutter widget lifecycles, state management, asynchronous programming, and rendering (Impeller/Skia).
Backend & API Integration:
Experience consuming RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and integrating services like Firebase or Supabase.
Startup Mindset:
Ability to write clean, maintainable code quickly, adapt to shifting product requirements, and take ownership of product features end-to-end.
