Wizzowl is a rapid-growing Indian D2C jewellery brand focused on lightweight, everyday silver jewellery.

We are building Wizzowl 2.0 — a stronger, more differentiated jewellery brand with a much larger product universe, improved customer experience and an aggressive growth plan across D2C, marketplaces, social commerce and offline channels.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of growth and help us build a predictable sales engine.

This is not a social media-only role.

We are looking for someone who understands numbers, customers, digital marketing, e-commerce and sales — and is willing to get hands-on and make things happen.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving Wizzowl's overall sales and marketing growth across:
Wizzowl.com / Shopify
Meta & Instagram
Google Ads & Google Shopping
Amazon,



Flipkart and other marketplaces
Influencer & creator marketing
WhatsApp / CRM / retention
SEO and organic growth
Promotions and offers
Current product launches
Offline and exhibition opportunities

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of monthly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Growth
Own monthly online sales targets and growth plans.
Build weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
Identify products, collections and offers that can drive revenue.
Improve conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchases.
Analyse sales by SKU, category, channel and campaign.
Identify sales leakage and take corrective action quickly.
Develop strategies to increase new customer acquisition and repeat customers.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Work closely with performance marketing agencies/freelancers where required.
Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, C
