Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to connect our learners with placement and internship opportunities. The ideal candidate will build solid relationships with employers, coordinate recruitment activities, and support learners throughout their placement journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement Coordination
Source placement and internship opportunities.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment drives.
Match suitable learners with employer requirements.
Share job opportunities with eligible learners.
Track interview outcomes and hiring status.

Employer Relations
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
Develop recent employer partnerships.
Organize recruitment drives,



career talks, and employer engagement activities.
Maintain an updated employer and recruiter database.

Learner Support
Guide learners in resume preparation and interview readiness.
Conduct placement readiness activities and mock interviews.
Assist learners with career planning and placement-related queries.
Ensure learners maintain updated resumes and skilled profiles.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain learner and employer databases.
Update placement trackers regularly.
Prepare placement reports and documentation.
Ensure placement records remain accurate and up to date.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years
of experience in Placement Coordination, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Corporate Relations.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and coordination skills a
