Adcom India is immediately looking for motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Interns to join our team.

The role will involve supporting day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, while also assisting with digital marketing, customer interactions and overall e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Support product listings, updates and optimisation to improve product visibility and performance.
Assist with monitoring orders, enquiries and inventory-related activities.
Support Instagram and other digital touchpoints.
Respond to customer queries and coordinate with the team for issue resolution.
Assist in tracking sales, product performance and other e-commerce metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.




Stay updated on e-commerce trends, promotions and platform activities.

Requirements:
Candidates with 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling.
Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
