Job Summary: We are looking for a Finance Assurance professional with robust experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Account Analysis, and Audit Support. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing balance sheet accounts, analyzing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and supporting statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly/quarterly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Review Trial Balance, General Ledger, and financial reports.
Analyze and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Prepare aging reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Work on SAP data extraction, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Coordinate with SSC and Finance teams for closure of open items.
Preferred Skills:
Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting & Reconciliations
Experience in Balance Sheet Review
SAP and Advanced Excel proficiency
Audit coordination and compliance exposure
Analytical and problem-solving skills
