About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently handle Non-Tech, and Volume/Blue-Collar Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment fundamentals, excellent sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements while consistently meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end hiring for Non-Tech, and Blue-Collar/Volume Hiring.
Understand requirements and create effective sourcing strategies for each role.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Job Portals, Headhunting, Boolean,X-Ray Search,etc.
Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Drive volume hiring with quick turnaround and consistent candidate pipeline.
Maintain accurate ATS/trackers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Take ownership of requirements and ensure timely closures against hiring targets.
Build a solid candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer discussions, candidate negotiations, and pre-joining engagement to improve offer-to-join conversion.

Required Skills s Competencies
2 to 4 Years of hands-on experience in Headhunting, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Sourcing, and Job Portals.
