About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the company's business growth. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, generating leads, managing digital marketing initiatives, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation.
- Assist in digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media marketing, and online campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to support lead generation and business development activities.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and lead records.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders when required.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and client engagement initiatives.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to conduct market research and prepare reports.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Candidates with experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Stock Broking, or related industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong interest in financial markets and financial technology will be an advantage.
