Luxury Aesthetics is looking for an experienced and highly driven Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of the clinic's marketing, lead generation and growth.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, technically strong and commercially minded — someone who can understand what is working, identify what isn't, and ensure our marketing efforts result in qualified leads, appointments and revenue.

Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness, healthcare or a similar premium service industry will be strongly preferred.

This is not just a social media posting role. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing and be capable of independently evaluating the performance of agencies, freelancers and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute the overall marketing strategy for Luxury Aesthetics
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media and digital campaigns
- Track leads from enquiry to appointment and final conversion
- Analyse lead quality, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates and overall marketing ROI
- Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend/implement improvements
- Manage and evaluate external marketing agencies, SEO teams, freelancers and vendors
- Plan campaigns for aesthetic treatments, packages, offers and recent launches
- Work closely with management, doctors, front desk and the calling/sales team
- Oversee CRM and ensure leads are being properly tracked and followed up
- Develop remarketing, client retention and database reactivation strategies
- Monitor competitors and current trends in the aesthetics and beauty industry
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly marketing and performance reports




- Contribute directly towards increasing qualified leads, conversions and clinic revenue

- Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, beauty, wellness, healthcare or premium service businesses is highly preferred
- Proven experience with lead generation and performance marketing
- Experience handling marketing budgets and evaluating ROI
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers or marketing teams is preferred

You should be comfortable independently analysing the business's existing marketing, identifying gaps and implementing solutions without requiring constant supervision.

Candidates who can demonstrate measurable results from previous roles will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
