We are hiring for one of our top clients for a Senior Corporate Strategy position Location: Recent Delhi, India Work Mode: Onsite only About the Role This senior leadership position serves as a core strategic partner to executive leadership, driving long-term planning, inorganic growth through M&A;, capital initiatives, and digital operational transformation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities Corporate Strategy &

- Planning: Formulate multi-year strategic frameworks, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and growth roadmaps for board-level presentations. M&A; &
- Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end M&A; processes—target screening, financial valuation models, due diligence management, deal structuring, and post-merger integration (PMI). Capital &
- Growth Initiatives: Evaluate strategic joint ventures, partnerships, debt fundraising, and capital market readiness (including IPOs). Operational &
- Tech Transformation:



Lead technology and AI-driven initiatives to streamline workflows, optimize working capital, and enhance profit margins. Cross-Functional Execution: Align operational, sales, product, and finance teams through structured OKRs and performance frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A;, Management Consulting, or Chief of Staff roles.

Education: MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (FMS Delhi, IIM A/B/C, ISB) and/or B.Tech from a top engineering institute (IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay/Delhi/Madras).

Industry Background: Track record in B2B Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, E-Commerce, or Industrial Tech.
