Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Site Civil Engineer
to manage and supervise construction activities at our apartment project in
Erode
. The candidate should have a minimum of
5 years of hands-on experience in apartment/residential construction
, with robust knowledge of site execution, quality control, manpower management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the apartment project.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and other civil works.




Check and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Manage and monitor labour and subcontractor productivity.
Ensure proper execution of work according to safety standards and construction practices.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Monitor material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure rectification of defects.
Coordinate with the project manager and management regarding site progress, manpower, materials, and challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
Civil Engineering

Minimum
5 years of experience in civil construction

Mandatory experience in apartment / residential building projects.
