The role offers exposure to international business processes and provides hands-on experience across multiple services offered by Brickwork India under “Business Enablers and Business Operations” functions.

This is a 3-month paid training designed to provide hands-on experience in delivering Business Support and Business Operations Services to global clients. High-performing interns who consistently demonstrate professionalism, robust communication, customer-centricity, and operational excellence will be considered for full time employment (on-roll) for a position of Jr.



Business Support Executive (BSE) with Brickwork India, subject to:
Successful completion of the 3-month training.
Achieving a Green Flag status in all mandatory assessments and evaluations.
Meeting the expected performance, quality, productivity, attendance, and behavioural standards throughout the internship.
Job Description:
Support global clients with day-to-day Business support activities with timely, accurate and high-quality delivery while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Communicate professionally with clients through email, chat, virtual meetings, and collaboration platforms.
Maintain high standards of customer service, responsiveness and professionalism in every interaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests and adherence to SLAs. Prepare reports, maintain business documentation, update trackers, and ensure data accuracy.
