Reporting Time-9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Mon-Sat)

Experience-5 to 7 years

Revenue authorities & government departments
Sub-Registrar & Inspector General of Registration offices
Advocates, counsels & consultants
RERA authorities
District Court & legal forums

Skilled Skills
Robust expertise in property laws, land revenue laws, and conveyancing
Proficient in title due diligence, legal drafting, and registrations
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Effective communication and coordination abilities
Ability to independently handle government offices and authorities
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and qualified ethics

Software & Technical Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
MSCIT / CCC certified
English Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.
Marathi Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m. (Krutidev / ISM / Kokila Font)

Will Be in Charge / Responsible For




Investigating and verifying the title of land and property and identifying title issues
Preparing Legal Search & Title Reports and supplementary reports
Drafting, vetting, and finalising property and commercial legal documents
Conducting IGR and District Court litigation searches
Handling registrations, stamp duty, adjudication, and refunds
Obtaining statutory permissions under land and revenue laws
Representing the company before revenue and government authorities
Managing RERA documentation and compliances
Advising departments on day-to-day legal matters
Coordinating with business teams and reporting to the Head of Legal

Issue 30-year Legal Search and Title Reports and Supplementary Title Reports.
