Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing using SpineHR.
Maintain accurate employee master data, attendance and leave records.
Handle payroll inputs including salary, deductions, incentives, reimbursements and full & final settlements.
Process and coordinate PF, ESIC, PT and TDS related payroll requirements.
Prepare payroll reports and salary-related MIS.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, attendance and payroll.
Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for timely and accurate salary processing.
Ensure payroll records and documentation are maintained accurately.
Support statutory compliance and payroll audits.
Handle joining, exit and employee data updates in SpineHR.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SpineHR Payroll.
Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory deductions.




Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and TDS.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
Robust analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

Candidate Profile
3–5 years of relevant HR Payroll experience.
Candidates with strong SpineHR experience will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Candidates comfortable working from Vidyavihar, Mumbai are required.

Pay: ₹14,669.17 - ₹33,903.90 per month
