We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to manage and coordinate complete HR operations within the school. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, people-management, coordination, and administrative skills.
Key Requirements:
* Robust experience in recruitment and end-to-end hiring
* Payroll management
* Good working knowledge of PF, ESI and other statutory compliances
* Employee documentation, attendance and leave management
* Handling onboarding and exit formalities
* Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations
* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, responsible and comfortable coordinating with management and employees
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
