Job Summary

The senior CRM role will be responsible for managing the entire customer relationship lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication, timely query resolution, and high customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing post-sales processes, coordinating with sales, technical, legal, and accounts teams, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from booking to possession. The CRM role will also drive improvements in CRM systems, reporting, and customer experience strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and post-sales operations for residential projects, including documentation, collections, agreements, possession, and customer support.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery, payment follow-ups, issue resolution,



CRM updates, reporting, and smooth handover of units while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in CRM or customer service in the real estate industry
Understanding of residential/commercial real estate life cycles

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
