SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end HR operations while supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting. The role involves independently managing day-to-day HR processes and working closely with management to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare or update job descriptions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Coordinate technical and management interviews.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates.
Coordinate offer issuance, negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Employee Lifecycle Management




Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through separation.
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and verification requirements.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Conduct or coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
Ensure employee records and personnel files are complete and up to date.
Manage employee transfers, role changes, confirmations, and other employment-related documentation.
Coordinate exit formalities, offboarding, and exit documentation.
HR Operations
Independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain employee master data and HR databases.
Develop and maintain HR trackers, reports, and MIS.
Handle employee HR queries and coordinate timely resolution.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
Standardize and improve HR processes to improve operational efficiency.
